A. The light kits rated for wet use are mc07, mc94, mc211.

Can this be flush mounted and does it come with a remote?

A. The Monte Carlo Weatherford II Outdoor Ceiling Fan kit does not come with a remote, but the Monte Carlo CK250 Remote Control Kit can be used with this kit. Also, this fan can be flush mounted to the ceiling with the Monte Carlo MC192 Fan Flush Mount Kit.

If the ceiling is only 8 feet high will this fan fit and what about a flush fit?

A. The Monte Carlo Weatherford II ceiling fan is 12 1/2" high from the top of the fixture to the bottom, and can be flush mounted to the ceiling with use of the Monte Carlo MC192 Flush Mount Kit. Either way it should fit your 8' high ceiling, it is just a matter of how low you want the fan to hang.
