The Italian glass in the Hyperion is made by taking long noodles of glass and weaving them into their present shapes. The black or clear glass creates a scintillating refraction of light. The deep holders create a slim profile and the holes in the holder allow beads of light to spill through. Contrasting the intricate glass are abundant frames that hold each shade in a circle around the center.
