Slow shipping, but looks good Shipping was EXTREMELY slow, it took over 3 months to finally get it, but it looks beautiful in my bathroom. I searched for many months to find the right chandelier and I think this one fits perfectly. April 20, 2011

The Classic Lighting 8384-EB has Dimensions of W10", H14"

What are the crystalique chandeliers made of, I mean the crystals, because I know some are plastic or acrylic

The Classic Lighting 8384-EB is made is made with CrystaliqueSwarovski, StrassSwarovski or, Spectra Crystal. None of which are plastic or acrylic.

Is there anyway I could shorten the hanging length to 12" by taking off links?

The Classic Lighting 8384-EB chain can be shortened by removing links.

I'm having trouble deciding between the spectra crystal or the strass. Can you really see a difference on a chandelier that will hang in a bathroom?

Spectra Crystal is machine cut, while the Strauss crystals are hand-cut. You shouldn't be able to tell a big difference- the shine and brilliance will be next to identical.
