Very nice but. . . This is a very nice looking fan. Much better than your basic fan look, but a few things to caution you on- 1) it does not come with the extension pole so if you need one you will need to call Lighting Direct and order (you can't find it on line) and 2) it doesn't give off us much light as I would have liked. Allows you to customize For this Craftmade fan, the blades were sold separately. A little bit of a pain and extra expense, but it allows you to customize the fan. It was not the easiest to install as the instructions did not include the light kit. But it looks great and it is different from what you see in every store. April 19, 2010
Great Quality for the Price I have ordered several items from Lighting Direct and I'm always amazed at how great the quality is for the price. We have done several lower-budget remodels and the items I have purchased from Lighting Direct give them the "higher-end" look. I've never been disappointed when I've purchased products from here. Great Fan I love this fan the color is so pretty I chose the antique white fan with matching blades. the motor is very pretty as it has a sculptured lacy effect it is not flimsy at all. it has some touches of bronze that match my other lights in the house. IT also matches my furniture. It goes nicely with my cottage look. My only complaint is that the glass globe is a bit dark (to match the bronze) and hinders a bit of the light. it is more of a soft light verses a bright light. I would not count on the light from this fan to light a room to read in. other thatn that it is beautiful. October 24, 2009

How do I order the 44 inch blade sweep option?

The 44 inch blade option for the Craftmade Mia is item #B544S-TK7 or item #B544S-WB6. You can add these to the cart separately.

what max. wattage bulb to use for M152?

The Craftmade Mia requires (2) 13W CFL Bulbs (included). 13W would be the max wattage.

Can this particular fan be mounted to the ceiling?

The Craftmade Mia requires at least a 2" downrod.

Can the light kit be purchased separately with a matching Antique White finial? Also would this light kit look good on a basic Antique White Craftmade AT52 ceiling fan? Or can you recommend another light kit that would look good in AW that has 3 lights for more lighting? Thanks.

The Craftmade Mia can come with a light kit purchased separately in a matching Antique White finial. Their recommendation is the F300-AW.

What is the item number for the different blade finishes?

The Craftmade Mia is recommended with either the B552S-AW (Antique White) or the B552S-MIA (Reversible Dark Coffee / Dark Oak).

Is there a Tuscan style fan that can be used outdoors?

The Craftmade Outdoor Mia is a Tuscan style fan that is UL listed for wet locations, and can be used outdoor.

Is this ceiling fan able to be used outdoors?

The Crafmade Mia is an indoor fan and is not UL listed for wet locations.

Can this fan be used in a damp area?
