can I use a 6' downrod with this fan? Is it possible to get 60" blades?

Yes, this comes with a 6" downrod but the largest Fan blades are 56".

Does this fan come with bottom lights? if it does what's the max wattage each? If it's not included, what style is the light kits?

The Craftmade Toscana does not come with the downlighting 3 light fixture pictured, the housing of the unit has 4 lights you can see in the picture. The downlighting light kit in the picture is the Craftmade LK49.

How do you change the light bulbs in this fan (inside the globe fixture)?

The Craftmade Toscana uses candelabra base bulbs that screw in.

How do you change the light bulbs inside this fan (inside the globe fixture)?

The Craftmade Toscana bulbs are easy to replace, make sure the fan is off and that the bulbs are cool to the touch, then unscrew them and screw in new bulbs.

Can more downrods be used?

Yes, the Craftmade Toscana can be used with additional downrods than the 6" one provided.
