Another Best Purchase
Another great fan. This one had no issues installing, went up quick and easy.
Can't use the remote I purchased extra with the wall witches, no big deal. But a great fan.

disappointed
The screws to mount the canopy to the ceiling mount do not fit. The threads are not correct. Do not know what thread they should be. My husband used a pair of vise grips to get them in part way. thats how difficult those screws are. Then the trim piece that snaps around the canopy will not go on because the screws can not be tightened down as they should because they are the wrong ones. It would also help if the pkgs had labeling on them instead of playing guessing game, especially with what screws actually go where etc. This is not first fan we've put up, but this definitely was the most difficult and looks tacky due to screws being wrong one and not able to use trim piece because of it.

This fan was very easy to install and looks beautiful! Will be purchasing 2 more for our other bedrooms.

beautiful
This is a great fixture, the blades are a beautiful wood tone, the glass is lovely, the installation was easy, it gives off a good deal of light, and the fixture really updated and improved the overall look of our room. I"m very happy with this purchase.

Does this fan come with a pull chain on/off for the fan? I only have one switch wired for the light.
This Unit does have a pull chain operation on it but its also remote control adapatable.

The Hunter 20438 does come with a 3" down rod. You use any Hunter down rods if you need more length.
