Love Light,but has a design flaw Absolutely love this light. Have 3 over the bar in the color read version, but only one right now, because they have all fallen from the ceiling - all at different times. It appears that the weight if the light is too heavy for the connecting point at the ceiling. Lighting Direct was willing to return in a heart-beat and replace them to solve the problem. They did send out 3 replacement parts for where the wire should connect to the ceiling, and they do look a little stronger, not sure yet. Have to have my electrician look at. The problem is I LOVE these lights and WANT a creative, solid solution, so I won;t have to worry about them from randomly falling from the ceiling. Come folks at Georger Kovacs YOU HAVE TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO THIS!! I'm calling you next! HELP!!! September 6, 2011

I have two of these pendants and they were installed about 4 years ago. Both bulb covers exploded at different intervals. They had original bulbs which are the specialty bulbs. One of the pendants started flickering on and off. It now doesn't work at all. I tried new bulbs to no avail. I am debating whether to have them replaced. I have an electrician

A. The best thing to do on something like that would be to call an electrician to diagnose the problem, because there may be a short of some kind that needs to be fixed.
