Pleased and disappointed Loved product and quality. Actual color was much darker than in internet picture. Was a bit disappointed with that. September 6, 2011

Quality product Love the details. Good value and price. April 22, 2011

Better than expected. One thing to keep in mind is that the glass is wider/flatter and larger than they appear and are more and off white/creamy color not peach. The metal is also more black with just a hint of reddish in it...not the color on here. However all this worked even better with my decor. When we get the lights put up I will try and get a pic of it uploaded here. March 24, 2011

Can you order a longer chain? I need enough for an 11' ceiling.

This item includes 3' of chain. Additional chain is item # CHN08 and is sold in 1' increments.

Does this have to be hard wired?

Yes, the Maxim MX 11235 does have to be hardwired.
