Could I get this light with different shades

Unfortunately, Maxim does not allow us to change out shades on fixtures, such as the Maxim MX 11805.

What color is the glass on chandelier ? Looks very white, but can't tell if because you have a bright white light in it?

The Maxim MX 11805 is a white finish. The finish applied which is a frosted or sometimes called ice white.

can I get extra chain to hang it?

The Maxim MX 11805 extra chain that you will need is the CHNO8.

How long is the chain?

This item includes 3' of chain.
