Is this the right replacement for the Viper Model No. F 807 which I purchased in May 1999?

It is too hard for me to tell as we no longer carry information on the Vipor Model. F807. You may want to call Minka directly as they do keep the older specification sheets to let you know for sure if it will work.

Will this remote just like the rc 200?

The MinkaAire RC210 is needs a receiver to function properly. The RC221 is the remote with the receiver included.

Is this the right replacement for the F516-wh fan

The MinkaAire RC210 will work fine with the F516-wh.
