Transitional Reversible Wall Sconce from the Trinity Collection 4.1 5 6 8

wrong hardware Beautiful lamps. One big problem. The mounting plate does not work with a standard, rectangle wall receptacle. The bolts that hold the lamp to the wall are too long. They line up exactly over the screws that hold the mounting plate to the wall, making it impossible to mount the lamp to the wall. More than 3/8" of bolt sticks thru the lamp base, decorative nuts are therefore not able to tighten up to the decorative base. Really a huge problem! Try to find shorter, chrome plate bolts that match! While not a home improvement professional, I have remodeled several homes and never encountered this problem before light fixtures began being imported from China! September 8, 2011

Great Sconce! This is a solid, well-made sconce and one of the few polished brass ones I could find in stores and online. The globe attaches well to the sconce. Reversilibity is great as I had planned to install one way, but changed my mind and had no issues. Installation instructions left a bit to be desired, but the hardware was almost self-explanatory. Love My Light We are in the process of remodeling our master bath. I wanted something other than the bar lights we have now. Saw this collection and purchased the 4 light version as well as the single light. We haven't completed the remodel yet, but I know I am going to absolutely love the lights! November 13, 2008

The P3190 shade diameter is specified as 1-5/8".......is this ID or OD? Might want to use another shade.

The Progress Lighting P3190 has a 1 5/8" diameter for the center hole diameter.

What is the size of the globe?

The globe measures 6.5"w x 5.5"h.

Do you have this with electric cord, not needing wiring!

The Progress Lighting P3190 does need to be wired into the wall, there is no corded option.

What is etched glass

Etched glass is the roughening or abrading of a piece of glass in selected areas in order to produce a design. If you have any other questions I would be happy to help.
