Can this be adapted to work with a monorail line-voltage system?

The Progress Lighting P5020 will not work with a monorail line-voltage system.

What are the measurements?

The Progress Lighting P5020 is 8.5 inches wide by 27.75 inches high.

Can this be mounted on a sloped ceiling? Could chain & wire be lengthened so that height from ceiling to bottom of fixture be 86"? Could P5021 be lenghtened so that total height is 62"? (Interested in buying both)

The Progress Lighting P5020 and P5021 can be mounted on a sloped ceiling since they both include chain.
