Easy and Sturdy Mounting System!
From Dan: One of the easiest and most sturdy mounting systems I've seen for exterior lights. The fixtures themselves are robustly built, but not too heavy either. They really look great with Sylvania Par-30 Ultra LED bulbs. The one thing to be sure to do, if you're installing the lights in a location that could possibly be exposed to rain or other water, is order the top cover lenses (sold separately).

Aesthetic, functional, and high quality
One of the easiest and most sturdy mounting systems I've seen for exterior lights. The fixtures themselves are robustly built, but not too heavy either. They really look great with Sylvania Par-30 Ultra LED bulbs. The one potential problem I'm trying to solve is how to keep water out of the up-light socket. Seems like even under an overhang, in some locations it could get rain in it & short out. Something to think about anyway.

nice lights
I am an electrician. I purchased 21 of these lights for 2 stores. They went up nicely and were good quality. I paid for 2 day shipping on the first order. the second order came in 2 days anyway. Very fast shipping. For wet location, you need to order the top lens.

Can you use the light with an after-market photocell?
The Progress Lighting P5675 is only designed for Progress photocells since anything other will null warranty.
Does this light come with the "optional" P8799-31 lens?
The Progress Lighting P5675 does not come with a P8799 lens, however this is optional.
how doi buy waterproof top lense?
The Progress Lighting P5675 is already UL listed for wet locations. There is nothing else you need to purchase.
Is there a dusk to dawn feature on the Progress Lighting P5675?
The Progress Lighting P5675 does not have a photocell included and therefore does not have the dusk to dawn feature.
It seems the up light socket could catch rain, esp. with wind, even when installed under the eaves, even with a good outdoor bulb installed, and short out. How can I prevent this?
The Progress Lighting P5675 comes with a optional cover to protect it from the elements.
What finish is on the interior walls of this fixture? It appears to be a reflective material.
The Progress Lighting P5644 has an aluminum interior. Basic metal finish.
Can these lamps be used indoors over a chair? Will the light be good for reading? Will it hold a 60 or 100 wats light? Do you have other indoor lamps to be placed over an easy chair for reading?
The Progress Lighting P5675 could be but I might suggest something better. The Elk Lighting 17016/2 is a reading lamp that you can use a three-way bulb up to 150 watts. It can be used as a plug in lamp or you can hard wire it. This would offer you a lot more flexibility as you can direct the light and have more light. You can find other "swing arm lights" if you put that in your search bar.
Can this be used in an interior bathroom?
The Progress Lighting P5675 is UL listed for wet locations. Therefore, it may be used in a bathroom.
Can this fixture use bulbs other than halogen, for example 75W or less incandescent or CFL bulbs?
The Progress Lighting P5675 is designed to be used with Halogen bulbs. We can not recommend using anything else but what the manufacture designed the lights for.
Is the exterior bronze finish matte or glossy?
The Progress Lighting P5675 features a powder coated finish that is a semi-gloss.
Can I add a motion sensor to these lights?
The Progress Lighting P5675 will not work with a motion sensor.
Can this fixture be mounted horizontally?
The Progress Lighting P5675 cannot be mounted in a horizontal direction.
Could lower size/wattages be used in the fixture?
The Progress Lighting P5675 can be used with lower wattage par30 lamps.

The P5675 needs a 75W Par30 bulb, on your site you have quite a few types listed. Which one fits the fixture in regards to narrow vs normal, long neck vs short, etc.
