Can I put ANY pendant lights on? How many?

The number of lights is determined by the capacity of the transformer and the physical size of the apparatus.

how many lights can be connected to it?

The Progress Lighting P6227 does have to be connected to a 12 volt transformer. The size of the tranformer will determine how many lights can be attatched. For example if the trasformer is 200 watts, 200 watts can be attached to the track.

Can multiple sections of flex track be attached together?

Multiple sections of P6227 track can be connected together.
