I love the chandelier, but would like to know if it's possible to substitute other globes in this chandelier.
It is not possible to substitute the lampshades on the Quoizel DH5005.

Wonderful purchase
Looked long and hard for a chandelier for our dining room renovation. This fits the bill because it's elegant to look at, but functional - provides a lot of light. We paired it with two identical wall sconces for extra ambience. Great look and perfect size for the 11 x 13 foot room.

A beauty!
This goes very well in our newly-painted , gold-tone dining room. Be sure to get the soft white bulbs if using halogen. The bulbs we used initially were too bright and caused the gold-tipped glass to look all white. Fixture was a good choice!

The Quoizel DH5005 comes with 8' of chain, you don't have to used the entire length but you have to use at least two chain lengths for installation. The total height of the fixture is 221/2". It really depends on how much space you want to leave after installation.
